Unbowed is a small web studio in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle, and we're growing. We're looking for good people who like talking to business owners and want to build something with us.

Sales / Appointment Setter

Commission · Remote · Flexible hours

Call and text local business owners we've already researched, find out where they're losing customers, and book a short demo with Austin or Oski. You open the door; we build and close.

You'll

  • Work our lead list — every business comes with a free report on what's holding it back
  • Have real conversations: ask questions, find the problem, book the demo
  • Keep the pipeline updated so nobody slips through

You are

  • Comfortable on the phone and not scared of a “no”
  • Reliable — you do what you say, when you say
  • Local to the Panhandle, or know it well (preferred, not required)
  • Sales experience helps, but attitude matters more

Pay: Paid per booked demo that actually shows up, plus a cut of every project that closes. Exact rates on our first call.
